You can pick up and drop off your vehicle 10am till 4pm Monday to Saturday. The exact times will be selected by you when making your booking. You will then need to pick up/drop off the vehicle as per your Booking Confirmation.
If you require times outwith this, we can offer After Hours collections and drop offs in all branches between 4pm and Midnight (provided you have chosen the Maximum Cover insurance option). To do this, please select the After Hours when you make your booking online. You will then need to get in contact with us to confirm the exact time you would like. Spaceships will then email an updated confirmation with your new pick up/drop off time. This is subject to availability.
You can drop off earlier than 10am as long as you have paid for that last day and contacted us at the time of booking to make us aware. You will then receive an updated Booking Confirmation confirming this.
We cannot offer pick ups any earlier than 10am.
We cannot offer pick ups on Sundays (you can however drop off on Sundays).
