You must ensure you have paid your full balance at least 31 days before pick up - Click here to pay your balance

We do not charge any card fees and accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

You must also ensure you:

  • Complete your online check in at least 72 hours before collection. This includes adding driver licence details and photos for all drivers, all drivers electronically signing the Rental Agreement and a bank card being saved to your booking - Click here to Check-In
  • From your bank card entered during the check in, Spaceships will freeze the relevant insurance excess amount within the 24 working hours prior to your hire.  You must ensure the relevant funds are available on the bank card. This is:
    • Bronze Cover - £2,500 for motorhomes or £1,500 for campervans.
    • Silver Cover - £250 for motorhomes and campervans.
    • Gold Cover - £0 for motorhomes and campervans.

Spaceships operate a contactless pick up and drop off service using Key Codes. Once all the above is complete, we will then send your Key Code for picking up the vehicle to the email address associated with your booking. This can take upto 1 hour before your pick up time to come through.

Please note, if any of the above is not complete, we will be unable to send your key code and you will be unable to pick up the vehicle at the pick up time and your booking may be cancelled. If you are picking up outwith working hours, you will then need to wait till the next working day to be able to sort whatever is incomplete and receive your key code.

These steps are your responsibility as the hirer to complete by the time frames specified. Spaceships will not refund, or be liable for any consequential events, losses or costs arising from a delayed pick up or cancellation due to these steps being incomplete. This includes, but is not limited to, costs or losses associated with a replacement vehicle, time lost, missed events, transport, accommodation, food, emotional distress etc.
