What is a booking request? Limited availability? Likely to sell out?

Modified on Wed, 18 Jan, 2023 at 5:07 PM

A booking request is created when you do either of these 3 things:

  1. You accept a quote that has been sent by our team,
  2. You accept a quote sent by yourself to your email address.
  3. When a vehicle is has an amber bar above it and says "Likely to sell out". This means we are on Limited Availability and need to manually confirm if your booking can be accepted.

You then enter your details for paying the 20% non-refundable deposit. No payment is taken at this stage for a Booking Request. Only when we can confirm availability will we take a payment and email your Booking Confirmation. You will hear back from us within 24 working hours for any Booking Request either confirming or declining the request. If we have to decline, we will also try suggest our best alternative or alternative dates.
